Premier HealthcareNav provides healthcare navigation, education, and advocacy support services. Our services are informational and coordinative in nature and are intended to help clients understand their healthcare options, prepare for appointments, organize medical information, and communicate more effectively with their healthcare providers.

Premier HealthcareNav does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. Christine, RN, is a licensed registered nurse in the State of Arizona, and brings clinical knowledge to navigation and advocacy work; however, no nurse-patient or provider-patient relationship is created through the use of our services. We do not prescribe medication, order tests, interpret diagnostic results as a substitute for a physician's interpretation, or make treatment decisions on a client's behalf.

All medical decisions remain the responsibility of the client and their treating physicians and healthcare providers. Clients should always consult their physician or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical condition or treatment, and should never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by Premier HealthcareNav.

Premier HealthcareNav is not an emergency or urgent care service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately. Do not rely on Premier HealthcareNav for emergency medical situations.

While we are committed to providing knowledgeable, compassionate guidance, Premier HealthcareNav cannot and does not guarantee any particular healthcare outcome, insurance decision, provider response, or resolution of any medical, administrative, or financial matter.

From time to time, we may share information about other providers, facilities, or resources (referral sources). These referrals are offered for informational convenience only. We do not warrant or guarantee the quality, licensure status, or outcomes of any third-party provider, and clients are responsible for independently vetting any referral before engaging their services.

Premier HealthcareNav operates on a private-pay basis. We do not bill insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid, and we are not a substitute for health insurance. Fees for our services are the client's responsibility as outlined in our Terms of Service and any service agreement signed at engagement. Clients may wish to check whether any portion of our fees is reimbursable under a health savings account (HSA), flexible spending account (FSA), or similar program, but Premier HealthcareNav makes no representation as to reimbursability.

Christine holds an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Arizona. Services are currently offered to clients located in Arizona, primarily serving Oro Valley, North Tucson, Stone Canyon, and SaddleBrooke, with hybrid virtual support available.
