Where to start

Which of these sounds like you?

You don't have to know the right words for what you need. Find the moment that matches yours, and see exactly how I can help from here.

  1. A new diagnosis, or a decision you weren't trained for

    See how I help →

You just heard words you didn't expect, and now you're supposed to make decisions. I help you understand what you're facing and choose with confidence.

    • I just received a diagnosis
    • I'm deciding between two specialists
    • I need my test results explained
    • I don't know what to ask my doctor
  2. A hospital stay, and everything moving too fast

    See how I help →

Whether you're at the bedside or hours away, I make sure someone is watching closely and speaking up when it matters.

    • My loved one is in the hospital
    • Mom was just discharged — now what?
    • I need someone at the care conference
    • I'm worried she isn't being heard
  3. An appointment or surgery you're preparing for

    See how I help →

Good outcomes start before you walk in the door. I help you prepare, and I can be there with you when it counts.

    • Preparing for an important appointment
    • Preparing for surgery
    • Can someone come with me?
  4. Aging parents, and you're the one holding it together

    See how I help →

Especially from a distance, it's hard to know what's really going on. I become your eyes, ears, and advocate on the ground.

    • Helping my aging parents
    • My parent lives alone, I live across the country
    • Early signs of memory problems
  5. Years of records, and a medicine cabinet that's gotten complicated

    See how I help →

I bring order to the paperwork and the prescriptions, so nothing important gets missed or contradicted.

    • Too many medications
    • Organizing years of medical records

The healthcare system is overwhelming. You don't have to figure it out alone.

"People don't hire me because they need an RN. They hire me because they want someone who can look at a confusing, overwhelming medical situation and say — I've got this. Let me help you navigate it."

Who We Help

If any of this sounds familiar, you're in the right place.

You have an aging parent

in Tucson or SaddleBrooke and you live somewhere else — you need eyes and ears at their appointments.

You just got a new diagnosis

and the follow-up feels like a firehose of specialists, portals, and paperwork.

You were just discharged

with 14 pages of instructions, five new medications, and no clear plan.

You want a second set of ears

at an important appointment — someone who understands the medical language.

How It Works

Four waypoints, one steady guide.

A repeatable path we walk with every client — whether we're together for a single session or for months of ongoing coordination.

  1. Waypoint 01

    Understand what's happening.

Diagnoses, discharge instructions, medications, and specialist recommendations — translated into language you actually understand.

  2. Waypoint 02

    Organize the moving parts.

Appointments, records, referrals, and follow-ups pulled into one clear picture, so nothing important slips through the cracks.

  3. Waypoint 03

Know what to ask, and when.

Prepared questions before each appointment, a real person taking notes during, and a written summary of what was decided after.

  4. Waypoint 04

    Move forward with a plan.

A prioritized next-step plan you and your family can act on — and, if you'd like, ongoing coordination between visits.

The Premier promise.

Registered Nurse, not a call center.

Every conversation, every appointment, every summary comes from Christine — a licensed RN with real clinical experience — not a rotating team.

Independent of any hospital system.

We work for you, not a health system. That means honest translation, honest questions, and honest advocacy at every step.

Transparent, private-pay pricing.

Flat, published rates. No insurance runaround, no surprise bills, no upsell. You know what you're paying for before we begin.

Discreet, concierge-level service.

Your medical situation stays private. Communication is warm, prompt, and calibrated to how much — or how little — you want to share.

Common Questions

Answers before you ask.

What does a patient advocate do?
A patient advocate helps you understand your medical situation and navigate the healthcare system on your behalf. At Premier HealthcareNav, that means translating diagnoses and discharge paperwork into plain language, preparing questions for appointments, attending visits with you to take notes, coordinating care across providers, organizing medical records, and delivering a written action plan after each engagement. Advocates do not diagnose, treat, or replace your physicians.
How much does patient navigation cost?
Premier HealthcareNav uses flat, published, private-pay pricing. A Clarity Session is $195 for 60 minutes. A Follow-Up Navigation Session is $175 for 45 minutes. Standard Appointment Accompaniment is $275 for up to 90 minutes. Extended Appointment Accompaniment is $450 for up to 3 hours. Care Transition Support is $975 for a 1–2 week window. Monthly retainers are $600 (Essential Continuity Care) or $3,500 (Premier Concierge). Every engagement starts with a free 15-minute Discovery Call.
What is the difference between a nurse advocate and a case manager?
A hospital or insurance case manager works for the health system or insurer that pays them, and their job is to coordinate care within that organization's rules. A private nurse advocate like Premier HealthcareNav works only for the client. Christine, RN is independent of any hospital or insurer, so her recommendations and advocacy are on your side — not the payer's or the provider's.
Do you accept insurance?
No. Premier HealthcareNav is a private-pay concierge service and does not bill insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. Fees are paid directly by the client. Some clients use HSA or FSA funds for eligible services; Premier HealthcareNav makes no representation about reimbursability and clients should confirm with their plan.
