Is Premier HealthcareNav a substitute for my doctor?
No. Premier HealthcareNav provides education, navigation, and advocacy support alongside your existing medical team. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe, and we never replace the relationship you have with your treating physicians.
Is this covered by insurance or Medicare?
No. Premier HealthcareNav operates on a private-pay concierge model and does not bill insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. Fees are due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in a package agreement.
What's the difference between a Clarity Session and a Follow-Up Session?
A Clarity Session is a full 60-minute intake designed for a new or complex situation. A Follow-Up Session is a shorter, 45-minute session focused on one specific issue — such as new discharge questions — for clients who need a fast, focused check-in.
Do you provide hands-on medical or nursing care?
No. Premier HealthcareNav does not provide hands-on clinical care, medication administration, or home health services. Our role is navigation, education, coordination, and advocacy.
