A single appointment can feel high-stakes when you're not sure what to expect, what to bring up, or whether you'll remember everything once you're in the room. Surgery adds another layer — pre-op instructions, timing, and a recovery you haven't planned for yet.
What I do
I help you walk in prepared: the right history organized, the right questions ready, and — when it's helpful — I come with you. For surgery, I help you understand what to expect at each stage and make sure the plan for after the procedure is as solid as the plan for the procedure itself.
