These Terms of Service govern your use of Premier HealthcareNav's website and services. By engaging Premier HealthcareNav or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1.Description of Services
Premier HealthcareNav provides private-pay healthcare navigation and advocacy services, which may include: help understanding a new diagnosis, preparation for surgery or medical appointments, coordination among providers, organization of medical records and information, guidance for caregivers of aging parents, and general healthcare system navigation support. Specific services are outlined in the individual service agreement provided at the start of a client relationship.
2.Not a Medical Provider
As stated in our Legal & Disclosures page (incorporated here by reference), Premier HealthcareNav does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice, and no provider-patient relationship is formed by using our services.
3.Fees & Payment
- Premier HealthcareNav is a private-pay service. We do not bill insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid.
- Fees, payment schedules, and accepted payment methods are outlined in your service agreement or provided at booking.
- Payment is due [at time of booking / per invoice terms].
- Cancellations made with less than [24] hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4.Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information relevant to the services requested.
- Communicate directly with their own physicians and healthcare providers regarding all medical decisions.
- Seek emergency care immediately when needed, rather than relying on Premier HealthcareNav.
5.Confidentiality
Premier HealthcareNav treats client health and personal information as confidential, consistent with our Privacy Policy. Information is shared with third parties (such as a client's physician or family member) only with the client's authorization, except where disclosure is required by law.
6.Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premier HealthcareNav, its owner, and its employees or contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any damages related to medical outcomes, arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7.Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time, with written notice. Fees owed for services already rendered remain due.
8.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
9.Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
